With a spectacular panoramic view of the Nittany mountains, this future retirement home was fully designed by Lancaster County Timber Frames to fit a tight construction budget. The house was enclosed with SIPs (structural insulated panels) and a built up roof, also installed by Lancaster County Timber Frames, Inc. The master bedroom is separated from the other main areas by timber framing; kitchen, dining and living room make up the remainder, and timber framed stairs provide access to a billiards loft.

The house was built using Superior Walls® pre-cast concrete foundation walls, a construction product that streamlines foundation work. We’ve worked with this product on many of our projects.
