GuildQuality is an independent third party rating organization that surveys and reports on customer satisfaction for construction professionals. The primary requirement for earning the GuildMaster Award is a very high customer satisfaction record as evidenced by an extremely high customer recommendation rate. In order to qualify for a GuildMaster Award a business must achieve a recommendation rate of 90% or greater.

Last year Lancaster County Timber Frames, Inc. received the GuildMaster Award with Distinction, also with a 100% recommendation rate.
