Located just outside Washington, D.C., this home features a number of areas, both interior and exterior, that were framed with recycled rough-cut Douglas fir timbers harvested from the original Marconi Wireless Factory. The architect, Scott Broughton of Colorado, brought a Northwestern feel to the project. The general contractor was Sandy Spring Builders, LLC.
