Two projects came on board at Lancaster County Timber Frames this week.

The first is a structural timber roof system for pool house in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Lancaster County Timber Frames worked with the architect Martha Robertson on the timber frame design and will be working on this project with Kurt Wolter Builders of Devon, PA.timber frame drawing

The other is a passive solar house in Lititz, PA in collaboration with Longview Structures. This project is our second collaboration with Longview Structures and it is our second house for the owners Steve and Marijane Ember. Jesse Pellman of Longview Structures, who designed the home, is a LEED accredited professional and will be pursuing LEED certification for the project.
