It’s been a while since we’ve posted any new projects, but things have been hopping at Lancaster County Timber Frames. Here’s the first of a couple installments of the some of the projects we’re working on now, or will be soon:

First, here’s a shot of one of the bents for the Lebanon VA Behavioral Health Services building. This project is scheduledLEBANON-VA-Pre-fitting-shot-for-website-13MAY14 for erection in mid- to late June. The timber frame is finished and waiting in our warehouse.

Clock MuseumWe were also recently approached by the museum director of the National Watch and Clock Museum in Columbia, PA to design and build a timber frame display structure for an historic weighted mechanical clock. We accepted with pleasure. The museum, located less than five miles from our shop houses the largest and most comprehensive horological collection in North America.
