The Ember house in Lititz, PA was recently awarded LEED Gold Certification. This is one of only three residences in the state of Pennsylvania to achieve this distinction, and, thus far, the only one in Lancaster County. The south-facing home with a fine view of Lancaster County farmland is designed as a passive solar structure, and is the second home that Lancaster County Timber Frames has built with Steve and Marijane Ember.
