After completing the design contract for Nantucket’s Great Harbor Yacht Club, LCTF was awarded the timber frame fabrication and erection contract . The clubhouse is scheduled to be erected in late summer to early fall.

This week, 19 May, we raised a 30′ x 60′ timber framed pavilion and bar at the Prospectors Steakhouse & Saloon in Mount Laurel, NJ.

At the beginning of June, David Utterback-Tyminski, an intern from the American College of the Building Arts in South Carolina will be joining us for the summer. He will be our third intern from that institution. In the past, we have hosted interns from Penn State University, Virginia Tech and York Technical Institute.
