Hidden Hill Project

During the first week of February LCTF will raise a 7,000 square foot timber frame roof onto a three story stone mansion which had been abandoned for over fifty years. The site is located close to Baltimore, Maryland.

I-70 Welcome Center

LCTF was recently selected by Kinsley Construction to provide the Timber Framing for Two Maryland State Highway Administration Welcome Centers on either sides of I-70 in Fredrick County. The two structures require more than 900 Timbers totaling 71,000 board feet. This project will be the fourth collaboration between Kinsley and LCTF.
