A Timber Framed Tower

by LCTF Admin |  October 29, 2010 |  News
timber frame tower

Lancaster County Timber Frames, Inc. recently signed a contract to fabricate and deliver a 30 foot tall timber-framed tower structure for a residential project in Bangor, Pennsylvania. The structure forms the core of a lofty open staircase and atrium like area near the entry to the house. Light from the conventionally framed cupola mounted atop the tower will filter down through 3 stories to illuminate the foyer, great room, kitchen and dining areas below. A mid-December erection is planned.
