The Yards at Old State, owned and developed by Toll Brothers, built by Kinsley Construction of York, PA, is an off-campus community of 268 high-end apartments, anchored by a clubhouse, pool, and outdoor spaces for Penn State students in State College, Pennsylvania. The architects were the BKV Group of Washington, DC.
LCTF has worked with the general contractor on thirteen previous projects. Our work at the Yards focused on the 2,000 square foot clubhouse. The timbers are Douglas Fir and totaling 24,000 board feet in 211 pieces. The project was completed in 2020.
