Lancaster County Timber Frames, Inc. recently signed a contract with Berks Ridge Company Enterprises, Inc. to construct the timber work for a lodge at Arrowhead Lake, an over-55 retirement community in Scranton, PA. The architectural firm is Facility Design & Development, LLC or New York and Scranton. An autumn raising is planned.
